How does Pick-Up and Delivery work?

Simply put, click schedule pick-up, follow along the required steps, and submit.  Our process takes the guess work out of the equation.  Our driver will be notified of your order automatically, and you will be able to track your order status all the way through.

Can I sign up in store?

Sadly, no.  The delivery service runs off of a unique platform.  It is its own system and for security reasons you must sign yourself up.  Signing up is as easy as any other mobile company out there.  A two minute sign-up trades off for an unmeasurable amount of time saved running to the cleaners.

What if I don’t use the cleaners regularly?

We have you covered.  Within the app, you have the option to use it as a “static” customer or “on demand.”  The latter simply means that you can use it when you need it.

Where is the delivery service offered?

Phase One is starting in Kingston and Hurley.  We are hoping to gather interest in other areas.  As soon as we have enough interest, we will open up in other markets.

What if I forgot to put my clothes out?

The night before your pick-up you will receive a text message that we are coming tomorrow to pick-up your clothes.  This happens automatically as an attempt to reduce issues.  If you are a static customer and you don’t have anything, you can simply text reply SKIP and you will be taken off the manifest for that date.

What if my area isn’t offered yet?

Please go through the initial steps for signing up.  Once you get to the step asking for your address, you will be informed that your address isn’t offered yet.  This will help us gather interest.  Once we open up in your area you will receive an automatic email/push notification letting you know we have.

What about your physical locations?

Our physical storefronts are still very much alive.  The hours of operation remain unchanged.  We are bursting into the delivery market to make sure we have covered all possible solutions to deliver the best customer experience.

Is my information secure?

Absolutely!  All information stored on the app is tokenized and secured with the most up to date methods.
