Miscellaneous:

We are a company that relies on accurate care labels. We have dry cleaning and laundry equipment which can perform any cleaning method recommended by the label. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has specific Care Label Laws that protect manufacturers, consumers, and dry cleaners. The Care Label Law states that manufacturers must label their items with at least one safe cleaning method. Our company relies on this practice to determine the safest way to clean your items. If the label does not hold up to its directions and an item becomes damaged as a result, the responsibility lies solely with the manufacturer to replace or refund for the damaged item. Any item brought in without a care label will be processed using our best discretion. If you know the label is missing, and are sure of the recommended cleaning method, please let us know when you drop the item off.

-EVEN SOME OF THE MOST REPUTABLE BRANDS SOURCE-

-CHEAPER MATERIALS IN ORDER TO REDUCE THEIR COSTS.-

Our goal is to provide you with the best customer experience and restore your items to as close to new condition as possible. Occasionally we are limited by the materials, methods, and accessories used by the manufacturer and the condition of your items.

Claim Policy:

Misplaced items: We reserve a 30 day period in which to track down your item from the first day you stop in for it. In the event that we are not able to locate the item, we will settle up in the form of a claim. To help process the claim, we require an original receipt of purchase for the item. Once we have that, the claim can be paid with depreciation according to the Dry Cleaning & Laundry Institute. If an original receipt can not be provided, all claims will be paid in the form of store credit.

Damaged items: Items that become damaged in dry cleaning will be compensated factoring in depreciation according to the Fair Claims Guide by the Dry Cleaning & Laundry Institute.
