We make it as seamless and effortless as possible to get our clients’ textiles back to them in like new condition.

Dry cleaning and laundry should be the least of any homeowner’s worries in the event of a tragedy. Customers have the direct choice to hire the textile restoration company as part of their claim. You do not have to go with the company suggested by your mitigation company. We work hand-in-hand with the insurance adjustor to complete the claim, and ensure that our clients do not have to lift a finger.

Our Process

When we receive a call for a restoration job, our team works out a time that is convenient for the homeowner for us to come pack-out the home. When we arrive, we take inventory room-by- room, and try and stay out of anyone’s hair. When we have bagged up all the clothing, we bring them back to our store and get to work.

We remove smells and stains as a result of the damage. Any items that can not be salvaged are returned and not charged. After we complete the claim, the order can be stored if necessary, or delivered back right away. We are fully insured, and will work with the contractor to accommodate all needs and concerns.
